Cover the transfer with Teflon (for shiny look)or parchment paper (for matte look)- 300 degrees for 7-10 seconds- Medium pressure. (6-7 pressure setting)

NOTE

Polyester/Blend Fabric: If Needed Lower the temperature to 250-280 degrees & shorten time 3-5 seconds, these types of fabrics absorb heat at a much faster rate. 

Even Heat Distribution and a Good firm pressure Heat press is very important for good adhesion, avoid any zipper / pockets / seams / buttons / etc. within the press area.
